Amy Sinha falls in love with her summer single ‘Need You Here’!
Born in South Wales, Amy, the youngest of three sisters, has been surrounded by music and instruments from an early age. She went on to graduate from Leeds College of Music with a BA (Hons) Degree in music.
Although Jazz has been her first love, Amy also indulges in soul, Country and World music, always keen to fuse various styles producing her own fresh and unique sound.
In 2012, Amy released her debut album titled, ’A Sin With Love’, in which all the songs were self composed. Since then, Amy has collaborated with an Independent Record Label based in New York and has released 2 ‘Bossa Nova’ style singles with them.
In 2016, Amy started working with Swansea based producer, Kevin Jones taking her music in a whole new direction & their first single together; ‘In My Mind’ reached number 4 in the World Music Stage Top 10 Countdown.
‘Need You Here’, again produced by Kevin Jones, is a Country Rock Love song and Amy’s first duet. Being a love duet, Amy called upon Swansea based guitarist/Vocalist Jon Sudbury to be her duet partner & to also play guitar on it. Amy’s collaboration with both Kevin & Jon has given ‘Need You Here’ a completely different vibe and sound to any of Amy’s previous songs, and is proving to be popular already.
‘Need You Here’ will be available from all major download outlets, including iTunes, Amazon, CD Baby, Google Play etc, from Monday 19th June 2017.
